Bad service rendered with panel shop via insurance company

<p>I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 6 March , both drivers and passenger door to be replaced, through Budget Insurance . Since i am based in Lenasia , ask Budget insurance for a panel shop in lenasia area.</p> <p>was assisgned to Moniers Customs & Conversions, based in Lenasia.Vehicle was to be repaired in 8 working day , took 3 weeks later ,vehilce was not completed , to bring back only for minor strips to be fitted.</p> <p>Car alarm wiring burnted , smash and grab window scratch, orange peel on vehicle, wind visor not fitted, strips not ordered and fitted , drivers handle damage , paint work on back seat upholstery,, list goes on.</p> <p>Informed Budget Insurance /moniers panel , and to take vehicle back, took 4 day to re-do job.</p> <p>2nd time work all queries was still not resolved ,this time texture on bumper was rough/uneven ,which there was no issue from the begining</p> <p>called Budget again , they responded 1 week later, an assessor visited me at work premises ,he also was unhappy with work done on vehcile.</p> <p>The Assessor for Budget insurance liaise between the Moniers and myself , had to take vehicle back the 3rd time.</p> <p>this time , door handle sorted , orange peel sorted , but the bumper scracth , since they re-did the polishing and buffing, this time damaged my bumper ,</p> <p>since car was shining brightly, never notice , until car was washed, now you see the bumper spoiled.</p> <p>As per Owner was told my car was not a BMW to repair 100%.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
