Tardy work by managing agents.

In December I decided to sell my property in a complex where Mongrey were the managing agents. After requesting the amount for clearance of the levies, I found that they had not taken my previous payment into account. They then expected me to pay the full amount so that it was easy for them for Audit purposes. The sale eventually went through beginning of April and I sent the registration document through to them to facilitate the payment of the refund on the 14th April. It is now the 18th May and I have still not received the refund. After numerous emails that have been sent and ignored. Do not use this company if you want any thing resolved quickly in your complex.
