Extremely bad service

Do not Use Mongrey Properties Most unprofessional property management company I have ever come across in my life. They have 0 communication skills. If you sign up with them as a complex good luck trying to communicate with anyone there. They dodge your calls and emails and do absolutely nothing from their side to resolve any matters. I urge you to stay away from this company, you will just be wasting your money and time. This is a family business that is best to stay away from , our complex is battling to get answers from her and when we put her under pressure she just resigned as our Managing agent and has told us we can do nothing to touch her
