Who is giving them permission

I Recently logged into my NCR report, and found that I have an Moneystar Pretoria line on the report.<br> I have never taken a loan, nor contacted this company.<br> <br> Who gave them permission to load account details onto my NCR without my consent. And how can they even state that I had a loan with them. The account still shows active.
