VERY BAD SERVICE

I have a loan with money star which is with their debt review department and I have sent money star a form saying that I am no longer under debt review, but to date I have not received a consolidation letter for that account. <br> <br> Every time I call the receptionist takes my details and says the phones in the debt review department do not work, but someone will contact me. No one has contacted me, and I have called money star 5 times requesting for this consolidation letter. <br> <br> Their service to me has been nothing short of DISGUSTING. They had no problem hounding me for payment when I was owing them, now that I want to settle the account, suddenly they are playing hide and seek. I am very dissatisfied and I would never recommend anyone to take a loan with money star, they're nothing but sharks.<br> <br> Unathi Lulama Mkhasakhasa
