Unfair ITC Listings

I am very concerned about the below listings suddenly showing on my credit report and tarnishing my name,<br> According to my knowledge these debts have prescribed and should not be appearing on my credit report, I am fully aware about my rights as a consumer and request that the attached listing be removed on my credit report as a matter of urgency, failing to do so will lead to me taking a legal action against Money star.
