Totally unacceptable treatment from Moneystar

I had an account with Money Star, which was disputed,and after that was handed over to several attorney companies for collection. I was last contacted in 2014 and the account was then moved to another collection company who didn't even phone me before passing it on to the next collection company. after all these different collection companies only one contacted me in 2014 by which time the debt had prescribed. There were 2 amounts deducted from my account in November 2014 without authorisation. after various queries and disputes this now lies on ITC on my profile. I have sent numerous emails to Danie van den Heever at Money star and to the collections agencies yet I receive no response nor any outcome to my problem with them. This is unacceptable behaviour from any financial institution and the public should be made aware of their underhanded dealings. wonder if this will maybe wake up somebody who might be able to respond and resolve my queries.
