Sup****dly have a loan with them?

On pulling up my credit record it appears that at some point I took out a loan with them and it is heavily into areas. So I mailed them to query this, as I have never done business with them. The responded and requested my ID no. , that I the sent them in my reply. Since then no further correspondence has taken place. I request them to rectify the issue on there side, as it is affecting my credit rating. Further more for the duration of this so called loan, there has been no correspondence from there side to even attempt to recover the so called money from me. Fishy much?
