POOR ADMIN AND SERVICE

I had a loan with Moneystar ,years ago and it has been paid up , however the credit bureau shows this loan as outstanding and I t has been duplicated . trying to call them is pointless and the number is continuously engaged .This is affecting my credit record and I need this sorted urgently
