PATHETIC SERVICE!!

NO ONE can assist me even though I have a paid up letter!!! I paid this account 2 years ago and it still reflects as the amount is outstanding?? why send me a paid up letter if you are going to punish me this way, this is affecting my credit score and as such affecting my purchasing power... I have been rejcted for a home loan and vehicle finance! seriously? Because of an amount of R1000 which I paid up 2 years ago and still hasnt been cleared??
