Loan paid up in March 2014

Hi <br> <br> I just got a phone call to say the account was paid up last year but because I did not get a paid up letter I now owe another R4000 + interest this month.<br> <br> I refuse to pay them more money after the account was settled.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Ren? van der Meer
