ITC Record not updated

I paid my moneystar account in August and got the paid up letter from them. Upon pulling my credit record in November it still shows as outstanding. Now i am being told that i have to wait 21 days. I am buying a house , should i tell the bank not to worry because hopefully moneystar will do their job in 21 days. Please correct now.
