ITC listing

I want to request money start to remove my listing on ITC, the two accounts I had with them were paid up in 2012 and 2013 respectively. this is the second time I am asking them to do this, I am currently in process of buying a house but cannot as this listing is appearing on my credit report, I request this to be done as soon as possible.<br>
