Insurance Claim not done since 2013

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I took a loan with Money Star in either June / July 2013. I had paid it until October 2013. that is when i got a letter from my employer that mt contract has come to an end.I then submitteed this to Money Star to inform them that i was unable to make payment as i was no longer working. i submitted to them and called to confirm that all the correct docume nt were sent for them to do an insurance claim. I was told byan employee of theirs that all was in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then got handed over to attorneys and have been fighting this battle since. I have sent through the documents to the attorneys as well and they just keep on calling me for payment. i also am now listed on ITC.</p> <p>I dont see why i should pay the price for *********** staff of Money Star. I can apply for anything as this is against my name. All i require is that my name bee taken of the ITC as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Innocent people should not suffer for people who cant do their jobs correctly. </p> <p> </p>
