I went to moneystar in Rissik street in 2013 and app**** for a loan and instantly I was told I was declined reason being that I was a contract employee. Last year it came to my attention that one of the bank employees at Moneystar **********ly received the loan on my behalf and *******ly signed the contract on my behalf. I have been sent from pillar to post and I am not receiving and help from moneystar in order for me to settle this account because I just don't want to fight this rotten system that has *****ed my credit record. To date I am frustrated and I don't even know where to begin and sort this mess out. It is utterly disgusting and dishonest that one of the bank employees went ahead and app**** for a loan and received it and spent it and now I have to pay and the total amount owed is R18 783.00. I wish by writing on this blog someone who is competitive enough will do his best and sort out this mess. I have just now emailed moneystar directly the documents that were submitted to them when they approved the loan.
