Failure to update Credit Bereu Records

I paidup my loan accout with Moneystar in February 2015, and the only issued me with a letter of paidup on the 06 March 2015. I have made a request that they update my records but failed to do so. i have phoned hundres of times and they are not taking my calls, in march i have sent them an email togerther with a paidup letter to date i have not recieved a courtesey of their response. I lodged a dispute with Transunion pertatining my credit record and i have to wait for 20 working days for them to investigate and each time i do a followup they will tell me that they cant get on hold of Moneystar. this morning i went to my bank to apply for a Home loan, my application was decliened because they still have not updated their records with Experian Credit Bereu. This is messing with my life. Kindly assist.
