Moneyshop: Perpetrator of Identity Theft!!

Received a call (Private Number) from Moneyshop about special services that they would like to offer me after applying for a loan on their website. Nice initiative, except, I NEVER APP**** FOR A LOAN.

We I asked the call centre agent on where and when this loan application happened, she could not answer and kept repeating her script like she didn't hear me saying what was happening is *****.

When asked if I could speak to a supervisor, I was told to go get the info from the website but on the website there are NO contact details at all.

If money is distracted from my account, it will be without my consent and thus both theft and *****!!! It is obvious that my identity has been ****** and there was no intention from them to help me solve it.
