I have app**** for loan application online have not recieved any reponse

I have looked into your application on the 02-03-2018 to which we have found the following : Our system could not accept your application as your application details were incomplete which resulted in you not receiving a response. On record our system notified you at the following times Fri 02-Mar-18 7:54 AM, 7:56 AM, 8:35 AM, 8:56 AM that your application details were incomplete and the information you have submitted was not successful.
