Please please please R240000 is a lot of money to loose

On the 25 March 2019 we sent R24 000 via MoneyGram for my son (for travel insurance for a job in Turkey) My son was at that stage still in South Africa. On the 26 March 2019. Someone withdraw the money (on behalf of my son in Turkey) He was still in South Africa.) Now moneygram don't want to give our money back because they said he withdraw the money in Turkey. FNB Keywest got the video material which shows that my son was in South Africa. It was R24 000. Please what must we do??? It is a lot of money that we cant afford to loose. My son was never in Turkey to withdraw the money. FNB told me when we deposit the money that he was the only one that can withdraw the money. Nobody else can do it. He need to show his ID (or Passport). So how did they withdraw the money if Everything was with him in South Africa. Please can someone help me??? The job opportunity was also a **** when we realized that they withdraw the money!!!!
