Moneygram lies

My fnb account is been frozen,because apparently moneygram have allegations that I am a **** I sold something online for my sender and I never delivered the goods and I actually laughed as my sender knows nothing about these allegations and I dnt sell or buy anything online,the reason fr the money on the receipts says gift, so I honestly dnt know how they verify facts when I call the international call centre they claim that there is nothing on my name and they don’t have any authority to contact my bank,I have missed 3 days of work because I cnt access my money,I watch my child go to school with no lunch because of this whole mess, I am very upset no one is contacting and fnb cnt provide me with the details to speak directly to the person they communicating with at moneygram and they say there is nothing they can do until moneygram contacts them How many days to I have wait to get my money,I am 100% sure that moneygram story is a lie.And I want my money so I can close my fnb account all I ever received from this account was inconvenience
