MONEYGRAM - BAD SERVICE !!!

MoneyGram blocked a transaction I did for a mere $200, when I requested for a refund they put me through an international call centre where I underwent countless personal verification processes after which the agent started aimlessly arguing with me and then the Call Centre Agent subsequently rudely cut the call ! Its a pity that this agent together with moneygram do not realise that there is massive competition through service providers such as paypal, mobile money, and with such bad attitudes we will be taking about the have been companies in the not so distant future !!!
