Bad Service!!

Money Gram from Kolone in Pretoria North, This is unbelievable if the 4th time that every time tha I sent money home my mother can not receive the money because her name is wrong but the counter (guy or lady) tells me that this time is correct but in the end is always wrong, When they give me the receipt of my deposit the papers seems right my mom's name is correct but when the time for my mom to collect the money SHE CAN'T they tell her wrong name or a surname missing, I called the customer service to complaint and now I have to spend every time like 200 hundred more and still they never fix it then have to go spending petrol money again to this branch, really this is my last time going to Money Gram ever again I will try Wester from now on Money Gram is really ****!!! And they have the ***** to tell me is their system so what they don't fix it!!! **** **** ****
