Please help me to clear my credit score

I took a loan for four months from this company which is situated at Kenilworth rosettenville main Street and paid it back in full but now my credit score is bad and I can't even take a loan or buy anything on credit. I went to them to ask for help and they promised to help me but they never did since February until now.
