Unauthorise Debit Order

I also found a debit order for 129.99 on my account, I don't know who is Money Tips. I have never given them authorisation to debit my account. <br> <br> Can the banks stop this company from debiting anyone in the country cause clearly there is no authorisations for these debit orders. clearly looks like our money is getting ****** right under their nose.
