Shoprite Usave Irene Village - ****med

Good Day,

Please be advised the we have just been ****med by Shoprite U-Save @ Irene Village .

My sister sent my mother money for her sons school transport via Money Market.

She deposited the money on 14/04/2021 @ 16:44pm and today 16/04/2021 my mother went to Shoprite with her last money only to be told the money has been withdrawn : -(

This is so disappointing considering we have been using the service for months now and now this!

Please can someone investigate and assist as my sister son will not be going to school because of this...especially during this time of the month.

We are desperate for urgent help!
