Simply unbelievable

I have to start by saying it took close to year to get paid out by the Dept of Labour. My story starts with, when I joined another very popular agency who were terrible! They took my payment and that was the last I heard of them. They don't take calls and don't answer mails. I eventually contacted Money for Moms who worked their fingers to the bone to get me paid out. Poor Eric queued for days on end to try resolve my claim, they chased the DOL through phone calls, emails, visits all the while keeping me informed. It is true that it took nearly a year but this was no fault of Money for Moms. If anything, had it not been for them, I wouldn't have seen a cent. I cannot thank Joan and Eric enough! You guys were phenomenal in getting this resolved.
