Poor Service

Where do i start. Well on the 30th of October 2015 my son was born, while my wife was pregnant, my aunt came across this company called Money for moms to help my wife submit the maternity documents. Joan asked us to pay R750 for the service and R250 every month there after. well we paid the R750 once off and 7 Months later and my wife has still not received a cent from UIF. over these 7 months we have been back and fourth trying to contact Joan Thorne from Money for Moms, she avoided calls emails. when she did answer, she always had an excuse. then when my mother phoned Joan in March , she told my mother that she was going on holiday and we will have to call back on the 21st of April. My wife's dad called beginning of April and was told by Joan that he is more than welcome to go to UIF to see what is happening. well he did exactly that and UIF told him that they have been waiting for Joan to send through documents. Today i phoned Joan and she laughed on the phone when i told her that and said the UIF are lying. My wife has gone into serious debt and her account is in minus because she has not received a cent. who is to blame here? this has gone way to far.
