Monese Bank - Pathetic

Good day,

I have been banking with Monese for about 6 months now and I recently made a payment to someone less than 1,000 euros just to go back to my account and found that it has been blocked.

When I called customer service I was informed that they can't tell me why my account has been blocked and that they can't unlock my account until next week. The support agent who helped me named "Kilo" was taunting me and that he can't see why I need the funds to use over the coming weekend.

When asked if I can speak to a manager, he informed me they work on weekends without any managers and I need to email them and wait for a manager to get back to me.

I am absolutely disgusted by their lack of professionalism and customer service. I called a local number and ended speaking to someone in Estonia.

I will close my account with this extremely unprofessional institute and never bank with them again. My question is, will my account always get blocked if I send a small amount as I have.

I highly recommend staying away from this bank!
