DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT OUT WITH THESE *******!!!

<p>WARNING!!! If you recieve a call from this company, just put down the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contract, received the wrong device, it took them over a month to collect the device that was incorrect and now I am still struggling to get the money that they debit from my account each month back.</p> <p>They assured me that the money would be back in my account between 7 and 21 days after fetching the device... Now, on day 19 do they only request a statement from me. So who knows when and if they will even refund me...</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been an endless struggle of phonecalls and rude, pathetic service and now to top it of... lies. When I ask to speak to a manager, one minute he is 'on another call' and the next he is 'away on leave'. I have had it up to here with these lies, avoiding the repayment and utter incompetence. </p> <p> </p> <p>If they phone you, save yourself the stress and money and just put down the phone. </p>
