Critical shortage of engineers

Mondi advertises in the local paper that they are desparate for engineers, mechanical, electrical, electronic, etc. However, despite my husband having years of experience they still discriminate against an applicant so it's pointless even trying to fill in the application form as it will simply be rejected.
