Rude, Sarcastic and very unprofessional

We planned to have our daughters birthday party at Mondeor Restaurant worst decision ever. We cancelled the booking as a result that Tia who today told me that she is not a party planner was never available for us to make plans as we would have loved to add extras to the theme and activities. On Sunday 28 July 2019 she called my wife to ask for her banking details to refund our R500. 00 deposit. Todays date is 02 August 19 I called Tia of which she was so rude and arrogant when I told her I'll write a review on hello Peter she said I mustn't threaten her because her husband has many businesses and they will sort me out. Once I asked when she will pay back our money she told me it doesn't mean that because she asked for our banking details that the money will be paid in five minutes. Five days passed by with no deposit being returned. Everyday we made calls to enquire with regards to our deposit with no results. Tia had the cheek to tell me why am I crying over a R500 can give that to her five year old to spend in one day. When I told her I don't want sarcasm she told me it's only R500 so she can be Sarcastic. We didn't get to finish the conversation because she told me I'm waisting her time she has a restaurant to run so she dropped the call in my face. To Tia I would just like to say thank you for your Sarcasm, rudeness and unprofessional service. To the waitron who was entertaining my calls and making excuses for Tia I would like to thank you for your professionalism and senserity. Like I told you Tia reporting your service on Hello Peter was not a threat hello Peter is a platform for us ordinary South Africans who do not own as much businesses as you to make sure that our fellow patrons do not succumb to the same experience that we made with you. I am not expecting a call for an apology please just return my R500 like you said when and if your husband is available.
