Rude and unprofessional manager/owner

We wanted to have lunch here on a public holiday, so they were quite busy. We were 3 adults and 1 two year old. We waited at the entrance for assistance and were approached by a waitress who told us that we could go outside and be seated at any open table. When we got outside, we could only see 1 open table that was standing in the sun. We decided to wait in the shade for a waiter to pass to ask for an umbrella or if we could move the table to the shade. Meanwhile my two year old wanted to start playing in the pool immediately, so i put her in the water while standing on the deck. Suddenly a woman was next to me, telling me that the facilities were only for paying customers. I said we wanted to eat and that we saw the table in the sun that we wanted to use. She told me that we were not seated, so we were not allowed to use the facilities and that they were too busy, that other people were waiting for tables. Her approach was uncalled for, she was extremely rude and basically told us to leave. I told her that we should have been told at the entrance that they were not allowing any more patrons as we would obviously have turned around. I took my daughter out of the water and left. She stormed off, yelling at the waiters.

I had been to this place a few times before and this was the first time i have experienced such terrible customer service. I can understand that they were busy but approaching a customer in such a rude manner was uncalled for. Approach is everything. You can say something to someone without being rude. We were told to go and look for a table, we did not just walk in from the street. I will take my money elsewhere from now on. I do not recommend this place. The manager/owner is very rude and unprofessional.
