Unhappy Client

Mondeor Mobile phoned me to offer me a 20gig everyhour + 20 gig nightowl data sim at R199.00. The product turned out to a 1gig everyhour + 1gig nightowl data at R105.00. Upon enquiry Siyabongasella confirmed that it was 2gig everyhour + 2gig nightowl. I requested him to cancel my contract with immediate effect, but he tried to offer me other option. I was not happy and he dropped the call.

I phoned Mondeor Mobile again to querry the unprofessionalism of Siyabongasella. The operator informed me that Siyabongasella did forward a cancallation email for my contract.

This is really bad business ethics and this company should be reported. All there recorded calls should be audited to identify non-conformance...

I will not recommend them to anybody...
