Rude Receptionist

The receptionist by the name of Lulu is rude and stalks patients on social media so that she can say something about you. She doesn’t give you an opportunity to speak and has an opinion on your health. She expects a patient to disclose what they are there to do. She undermines people’s careers and behaves in an unprofessional manner.
