Bad customer service at Mondeor Homebake

I went to Mondeor Homebake on Wednesday (20th August 2025) wanting to order a cheesecake for my brother-in-law's suprise birthday family gathering the following evening, and the customer service was beyond terrible!!! My friend that use to live in Mondeor recommended them for their cheesecake, so I drove all the way from Edenvale to Mondeor - I tell you what a waste of my time and petrol!!! Firstly, I was told that I can't just order one cheesecake and would have to order at least four cheesecakes, so I phoned my husband to confirm and he said ok no problem, as long as there's enough cake for everyone and I mustn't forget the cheesecake for his brother, as it's his favourite. Then, I also wanted to order simple plain cakes (as not everyone likes cheesecake), alas I was told it was short notice and they couldn't help me. I spoke to three different people and they were full of excuses and clearly didn't want to assist me!!! They even accused me of being some other customer (Sherobies or Cherokees - I can't remember the name) and I said I don't even know who that is, and I just wanted to order a cheesecake for my brother-in-law. I was also told that they are very busy with orders and couldn't help (or more like they didn't want to help me) as I noticed their kitchen was empty and they had like one other customer in the store. So, I left their store thinking they were just useless and rude, and clearly don't want/need customers... Never the less, I went somewhere else and I was attended to in a friendly and polite manner and they assisted me with my order and to my suprise I only needed to order ONE cheesecake. My husband collected the cheesecake the next day from the other place and he was very impressed with the size and appreance of this huge cheesecake.
