taking Bribes for locating people

the Agents from carnival gardens development flats have a very very bad service and they don't follow up on clients just cause this is the government development and taking advantage of the less fortunate. me and several of my colleagues app**** the beginning of Feb. to cut the long story short. when we reported this to the top management we found out that they where assigning people who don't belong there just cause they where taking bribes.
