Horrible/Terrifying

<p>There are 4 trustees that owns all of the units at these flatlets however one of them named Gerard Sarkis is the most ********, rude, abnoxious, uncivilized and most cheap person you could ever get they hire agents (Tupa) to manage their buildings but then he comes whenever he wants whatever time he wants to your place just doing as he pleases talking to you like you are a dog, threatning you, screaming on you and he harrasess you constantly and also the fact of whatever is broken in your flat it will not be fixed or be attended to as it take months for them to even acknowledge that you have an issue I am currently busy with legal issues with him if anyone ever see's the post DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to move into these units this is the owner from hell he is not even allowed to come to your unit as he has agents he appointed but this man will harras you he is so rude, abnoxious and selfish he also is not very cultured at all so he no respect for a fellow human being plus he will overcharge you and do whatever he can to get as much as he simply can out of you. This is an experience from Hell the biggest regret I ever had was even living in one of his units do not even consider it all be warned.</p>
