Incomplete baking class

Made full payment for basic baking class for Nov 2017 and was asked if I could start in 2018. Completed 5 out 6 classes. The last class was cancelled in March 2018. Since then I have not received course contents, tools from last class or the last class.itseld made several attempts to reschedule week on week only to be ignored, promised new dates which don't materialise or worse go to the class and told sorry it was shifted without informing you. Ectremelt dissappinted that someone with such good talent runs her business so badly with lack of proper admin.
