Worst experience ever...

I made a booking at monateng safari lodge for 6 sleeper chalet in July 2018 through afristay for December 03-december 07.afristay has been in contact throughout reminding us of our booking and everything but the lodge decided to cancel our booking and not inform us or afristay.we only found out on the day we had to check in when we called for directions that they are not expecting us,they made double bookings and decided to cancel ours,and worst of it they didn't have guts to tell us,the lady said "let mi call leandri I will get back to you", still waiting for her call.had to complain to afristay which made follow ups only to find we HV been cancelled.
