Never in my life again.

Bad bad bad, don't waste your time going to this resort. They treat the customers so bad, We had a noise warning at our first night around 20:00 gor sitting at the patio laughing to hard. Tge next day we were booked for the crocodile tour and the Safari trip, just to get there 5min late. The one manager got to us and asked us for what we are waiting - rude, we explained to him we are waiting for our crocodile tour, he informed us we are late and missed it, we can go to the bar and get the refund. We canceled both the booking (for 8 people), then the younger people working there called the owner and arranged a private crocodile tour for us. #We are not the only quest to complained, we witnessed another case at the mini golf, we witnessed how other guests were also badly treated from staff. On our check out we saw that the one bath towel did not match the pattern as the rest, the office only said sorry its not our towel and we had to pay R205, 00 for the towel, with the different pattern. Please if you ever consider going there, think twice about it. We wanted to rest and enjoy our self but that wasn't the case at all.
