BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .

The worst experience ever received from the Monateng owner. We were requested to pack up and leave in the middle on night while small kids were still sleeping . We were told if we refused to leave our tents will be kicked while we still inside. The kids were scared and some of the group were escorted out and left to wait for other members to finish pack. Some of the group had no transport so they were up untill wee of the morning to wait for their transport to fetch them . I feel we should be refunded however this is not the case. I will never recommend this place to anyone .
