Dont want to honour discount!

We received a statement from Monash offering a 5% discount if fees are paid before 31/8/2015. We did 2 payments in July and again on the 28th of August.<br> They wont honour the discount because we did 2 payments. Student Fees told my son , we should have made 1 payment to qualify. they are now holding my sons results as ransom over R1695.00 . Disgusting!!!!! <br> I guess we will have to pay this now as their lines are permanently busy!!!!<br> please note this if you have a child at this institution.<br>
