Late Delivery No Comm demanding pmnt for no deliv

We booked the removals company MONARCH RELOCATIONS to move our furniture up from George to Benoni. The date for them to collect the furniture was agreed upon to be EARLY Saturday morning 12 DEC 2015. We were ready for them at 07h00 in the morning. I still had to drive through to Gauteng in one day (13hr trip) as I would have no bed to sleep on after they have loaded all our furniture. <br> <br> They only arrived at our house at 17h00 on the Saturday afternoon, waisting the whole, no communication, no sorry, I had to cancel my trip. We then agreed that they would come back to load the next morning 05h00, I woke up at 04h00 to be ready for them, they only arrive and hour and a half later - no communication, no sorry. They sent 6 people to load while it seemed that only 4 people really did the work, I finaly left George at 11h00 Sunday morning only to arrive at 02h00 in Gauteng with no where to sleep.<br> <br> Anton then agreed to deliver my furniture at 08h00 on TUESDAY 15 DEC, and guess what, a no show again. Im siiting and waiting at the new house after having to sleep on the floor. He sent me an sms at the delivery time saying that he first has other deliveries to do, I must sit and wait???
