Julie was amazing and patient with the many changes I had to make. The truck arrived on time and the packing and loading team were friendly and extremely helpful. Everything arrived safely and the team helped me to move the furniture into the correct places. They collected the empty boxes and packing material once I had unpacked. The only unfortunate problem I encountered was with regards to the packing boxes provided. I paid for packing boxes, material and services, but the boxes were dirty. I didn't mind them being second hand, but they were in a sorry state. Also, my hanging clothes were not hung in a special box and the box was squashed and dirty inside and out when I unpacked. I feel that the folding clothes, hanging clothes, linen and towels should be packed into clean, fresh boxes.
