Monarch Movers

Having had all my belongings in storage with Monarch Moving for over a year and after delivery to Johannesburg - I am missing a pallet that did not arrive with the move. A month later and still the pallet hasn’t been located in the Monarch Moving storage. Anton does not answer calls and messages. He cannot give a time frame to locating my belongings and is disinterested in making an effort to complete this delivery. Service and attitude is shocking.
