Best Team and Service Ever

What an amazing experience for such a stressful event. Moving is no walk in the park, however the entire team from Monarch made such a difference. From the team in the Western Cape assisting me with absolutely everything, to the team in Gauteng.

This week my house was packed up. So many memories, so many emotions. Mum (83) and I were home to receive the packers and the truck and they were absolutely Superb. Mom is a bit of an impatient one, however the team leader took every possible step to assist her and to make her comfortable about her goods. So much effort and empathy went into making her feel comfortable with her personal belongings. Such assurance and care. They even made sure she had a seat (which they purposefully packed last) for her to sit and relax.

As for the rest of the house. The team was immaculate, so much care and they didn't miss a thing. I did and with their help, they assisted me in every way.

I cannot thank the team enough. From the organizers Gerhard & Anton, to team lead Stephen, you Angel you, to the packers and the driver Reon. You are all angels and we are so happy we chose you. Thank you
