Bad service
Hi there Anton. I have been busy on Monday when you called but I was waiting for your call yesterday. I’m just saying to myself if my matter was serious enough for you, you would have made a harder effort to try and solve the matter. When I spoke to you about you collecting my furniture and you told me about the extra boxes I felt bad. I was driving when we spoke so the network wasn’t too good. I made it a point to call you when I had better reception and I sent you a message. This was to show you that I’m really remorseful and that I wanted us to solve the problem. Firstly I find it so wrong for you to say that I was ***gybacking yet I’m the one that arranged the whole trip. Secondly you charged me more for the second trip yet than the first yet the boxes was not as much as my furniture I paid for. The first invoice I paid 18k which included a 5k insurance so it means I paid 13k for my furniture. Second invoice I paid 22k but the boxes was less than the actual furniture I already paid for. Thirdly how is it possible that you can invoice me more for the boxes if I have proof that Claudine made many mistakes on the inventory? I took some of my belongings with in the car which I paid for yet I was never given a refund for it but I was shouted at by you about the boxes and I never made a noise about it. Lastly I arranged the final trip as well because I arranged the permits for you. If I never arranged the permits these trips would never have happened and if you were able to arrange these trips then you would never have asked me to organize the permits. I know I have said a mouthful and I feel that since we are both busy at times one can make time to write a message as it shows a record between us because a phone call is not recorded unless you inform the other party that you will record the phone call and that is the law. My biggest concern is that I feel I was overcharged about 9k for boxes that was less than my furniture I paid for and the belongings I took in my car which I paid for I never got a refund. I would really like us to solve this before the end of the week. I have voiced my concerns and I think that you can look at what I said and come up with a solution. Thank you Good day Anton. The reason for me dropping the call was because we were not getting anywhere. This conversation was more about the beer issue. I’m sorry I offered your employees the beer but if they knew that you have such a big policy against alcohol they would have refused it. I never forced them to take the beers. It was their own will. I will stick to my issues on hand. Firstly I find it so wrong for you to say that I was ***gybacking yet I’m the one that arranged the whole trip.
