Monandee Restaurant Pay me, you are killing my Business!!!

Good day. We did a 3D sign for this restaurant ( Monandee Restaurant in Newtown, Johannesburg).. They are still owing us a balance of R1300 . We did this sign in April 2023. It's now a year we tried calling and sending messages but the owner doesn't respond.
