Terrible service

<p>* arrived at 11:45 on 09/08/17</p> <p>* ordered drinks at 12:15</p> <p>* 1st bottles of champagne ( krone rose and krone nectar) came at 12:45</p> <p>* ordered food at 12:45</p> <p>* food only came at 13:40 and the order was not complete</p> <p>* another portion of our food came at 14:00, the order was still incomplete</p> <p>* the last part of our food came at 14:30</p> <p>* No explanation was given as to why the food was taking so long and the waiter hardly came to check on us</p> <p>* in between the food drama, we ordered anoth two bottles of the same champanges in the 1st round</p> <p>* waiter came back 30 mins later with 2 krone nectars</p> <p>* we asked him where the rose was he said it was finished, fine we let that go</p> <p>* next round of bottles he brings 1 nectar and 1 brut, now the nectar and brut bottles almost look alike so we did not notice that the 2nd bottle was wrong and that was the botle we opened 1st</p> <p>* we then realized that he had gotten our bottle wrong again and had not informed us</p> <p>* Eventually we get upset and ask him for the bill so we can leave</p> <p>* 45mins later, we had not seen or heard from him about the bill</p> <p>* 1 of the girls leaves the outside area where we were seated and goes inside the restaurant area to go look for him and ask for the bill yet again and he says he will bring it</p> <p>* 20 mins later still no bill</p> <p>* we call the manager from where we were seated and ask him to bring the bill</p> <p>* 15mins later the manager has still not attended to our request</p> <p>* we get up and go call him now from the inside and he eventually comes with our bill</p> <p>* his explanation was that they were short staffed and the place was packed. theplace was not overwhelmingly packed</p> <p>* anyway we ask him to bring the card machine</p> <p>*and the manager says he will bringit himself, while we wait for that we went to the grass took millions of pictures and when we got back, still no card machine</p> <p>* we all had to go inside to go find this manager now cause we wanted to pay and leave</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at this place was appauling to say the least and i know for a fact that we were not the only people that thought so on that day. So dissapointing for such a beautiful place. </p>
