Complain

I took my car for repairs after a long wait, there's a part that was claimed from my insurance to be replaced but they didn't replace it. The called me to come colled the car a week later I remember I received a call around 15:12 they told me I must make sure I come & fetch it same day imagine such a short notice. And my car still have dents poorly painted as well it seems like they used cement where the car was damaged & the paint have bubbles, when I told them that that part was not replaced they insisted that they did. I never took my car am also struggling with my insurance which is momentum to followup on my complain. Please help me since am only left with 9days to return courtesy car.I spend almost 4houts on a daily basis to get help as well from momentum. There's also a ride lady who screamed at me at Monaco while trying to make follow-ups of my vehicle. MONACO PANEL BEATERS DONT RESPEXT CLIENTS NO. 1 THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OUR TYM AND MONEY SPENT. THEY ARE CARELESS TOO.
